DEMOLISHING AND RE-CONSTRUCTION OF OPTIMO SWIFT CAR CARE BUILDING AT BAUSHER, OOMCO KHUWAIR SERVICE STATION

The main purpose of the project is to demolish the existing car wash building and re-construct new building as per the new requirements of car care equipment suppliers whom appointed to operate the new building as per manufacturer’s recommendations.

The new building is proposed to consist of 1 bay for Automatic car wash + 1 bay for Jet-Wash + 1 bay for car care services + 1 Plant Room + 1 Lube Store + 1 Waiting Room. The scope of works is outlined to 3 main phases: (1) Demolishing of existing building, (2) Construction of RCC Building, (3) External Works and Underground tanks.
